House rules

Welcome! The apartments are in a residential building in Giulești, with neighbours who live here permanently. The rules below help us keep the apartments in good shape and stay on good terms with the neighbours, so that we can keep welcoming guests. They are part of the Terms and conditions accepted when booking.

1. Arrival and departure

• Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. The exact times are also on your booking page.
• Early arrival or late departure is possible only if you ask us in advance and the apartment is free. Late departure without our agreement is charged: until 14:00, 50% of the price of one night; after 14:00, the price of a full night.
• The access codes appear on your booking page after the online check-in and are valid only during your stay.

2. Guests and visitors

• Only the guests declared in the booking and at check-in may sleep in the apartment. An additional person must be announced in advance and accepted by us (there may be a cost).
• Visitors are allowed between 09:00 and 22:00, at most 2 additional people, and may not stay overnight.
• Children under 14 stay only with their parents or a responsible adult who looks after them.

3. Quiet and neighbours

• Quiet hours 22:00–08:00: music and TV at low volume, no noise in the hallway or staircase.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Please speak quietly in the staircase and lift, especially in the evening. Do not block the entrance or hallway with luggage.
• If neighbours or the owners' association make serious complaints, we may ask you to stop immediately; in serious cases the stay may be ended (Terms and conditions, section 10).

4. Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco, nor in the staircase. You may smoke only outside, in front of the building, away from the entrance.
• If anyone smokes inside, a cleaning and airing fee of 300 lei is charged, plus any damage (textiles, furniture).

5. Pets

• Pets are not allowed.
• If an animal is found to have stayed in the apartment, the extra cleaning is charged at actual cost, plus any damage.

6. Safety

• When you leave the apartment, make sure the door and windows are closed and electrical appliances are switched off.
• In the duplex apartments (with an internal staircase) take care going up and down, especially at night, and do not leave children unattended on the stairs.
• Do not leave the hob, oven, iron or candles unattended. Do not use heaters brought from home.
• Do not leave children unattended near windows or on the balcony.

7. Using the apartment

• Treat the apartment and its equipment with care, as if they were yours. Do not move heavy furniture.
• Bed linen, towels and blankets stay in the apartment. Please do not use the towels to remove make-up, clean shoes or clean.
• Only toilet paper goes in the toilet — no wet wipes, hygiene products or food.
• Photo or video shoots with professional equipment and any commercial use require our agreement.

8. Cleaning and rubbish

• Leave the apartment in reasonable order: dishes washed, rubbish taken out, no food left out.
• The rubbish bins are on the left as you exit the building, behind the parking spot. There is no recycling; you can leave bottles next to the bins.
• Final cleaning is included in the price. If the apartment is left very dirty (party, smoking, hard-to-remove stains), the extra cleaning is charged at actual cost.

9. Energy

• When you are out and when you leave, switch off the air conditioning, lights and TV.
• Do not use the air conditioning with the windows or balcony door open.

10. Faults and damage

• Tell us immediately about any fault or damage, even a small one, so we can fix it quickly — for you and for the next guests.
• Do not try to repair electrical or plumbing installations or appliances yourself.
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear is charged at the actual cost of repair or replacement, based on supporting documents.

11. Codes and security

• The building and apartment codes are personal: do not share or publish them.
• Do not leave the building or apartment door open or propped open.

12. When you leave

• Close the windows and the balcony door.
• Switch off the air conditioning, lights and appliances.
• Take out the rubbish and leave the dishes washed.
• Close the door. A short "we've left" message helps us send the cleaning team sooner.

13. Lost property

• We keep forgotten items for 30 days and can send them by courier at your cost.
